Unqualified Lecturer: £26,243 per annum
Qualified Lecturer: £30,395 per annum
Full-time, 37 hours per week (1.0 FTE)

Are you an enthusiastic agriculturalist with a background and experience in machinery and engineering, looking for a new challenge? 

We are looking for someone to join our well-established, and respected Land-based team to teach, and Course Scheme Manage, on our Further Education Agriculture courses in theoretical and practical situations, utilising the University College’s 200 hectare estate; incorporating a working farm, to enhance the learning and teaching. This role would suit a mechanical engineer with knowledge or experience of plant, construction or Agriculture.

To succeed, you will have a desire to develop a diversity of learners, along with up-to-date technical and industrial knowledge to allow the sharing of best practice to both students and team members. You will be willing to work towards the completion of a teaching qualification, as this will be a requirement upon appointment.

This role would suit a full-time applicant, or equally someone looking to job-share by taking a fractional contract.
