Marketing Business Development Manager

The Opportunity: A very new and exciting role for one of the industry’s leading truly rural/agri focussed marketing agencies.  You will be responsible for building relationships with key influential decision makers across the rural sectors and ultimately growing the company’s client base.

You will be working with a very vibrant and focussed team wanting to deal with rural and in particular Agri related businesses.

Employer:  A company passionate about bringing a fresh approach to marketing, committed to helping rural businesses become even greater.  Working with a multitude of offerings including PR, Business Planning, Marketing Planning, Online Marketing Management and the ability to test products and services on farm.

Skills/Experience Required:


  • A strong knowledge of agriculture and the related supply industry.
  • Sales and/or Marketing experience.
  • Ability to research, find contact details of key decision makers and make contact with them to start an initial conversation.
  • Can build relationships easily with people at various levels of authority.
  • Comfortable in negotiating with prospects to find a win/win for both parties.
  • Ability to spot opportunities and follow them through to close.

 Remuneration: A very good salary and results driven bonus (uncapped)
