Employer: An international family business aiming to make farmers lives easier with innovative solutions and services. Providing solutions from milking through to cleaning, including advice on how to organise dairy farms smartly with the use of novel management systems.
- A good knowledge of the agricultural industry
- HR & office management (minimum 5 years)
- Strong numeracy & IT skills
- An excellent communicator
- Ability to perform under pressure & work to deadlines
- Ability to use initiative & make suggestions to improve efficiencies within the business
- A strong team player
- Knowledge, exposure or experience of dairy farming
