Richard Turner & Son are a well established and long standing firm of Auctioneers, Valuers and Estate Agents across the North West, North Yorkshire and Cumbria.

Due to the expansion of our professional land agency service, Richard Turner & Son is searching for an experienced self motivated person to assist and improve a well established client base.

Job description includes full time work with

•          Defra BPS claims,
•          entitlement transfers,
•          stewardship,
•          environmental and productivity grants,
•          utility claims,
•          farm records,
•          agricultural tenancies
•          general estate management.

A trainee rural surveyor or recently graduated candidate would also be considered
