Dealership Developer

The Opportunity: A significant role helping to support and develop a network of regionalised distributors.  You will ensure that the Company strategy is relayed and implemented through its distributors, helping to maximise the potential in each area.  This will include growing the network where potential is seen. You will also support the introduction of new products to the market through these channels. A very clear progression path is offered for this role.

Skills/Experience Required:


  • A strong knowledge of the UK Agricultural industry
  • Good experience of B2B sales/account management
  • An excellent networker and communicator
  • Business management including; sales, marketing and finance
  • Experience of budgeting and forecasting
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Able to work autonomously and with authority
  • Ability to spot opportunities and follow them through to close


  • Experience of working with distributor networks
