Retail Assistant

Carr’s Billington Agriculture supplies the farming and rural communities through a wide network of Country Stores. We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated retail assistant to join our team at Leek.

The Job

To ensure customer needs are met effectively and efficiently. To assist in maximising profitable sales through the branch and via telecommunications to customers. To manage stocks in conjunction with the Branch Manager/Branch Supervisor. To ensure adequate levels of all stocked products are maintained. To support and contribute to the effective operation of the business as a member of the branch team. To actively promote and drive the sales of all products.

Experience

• Agricultural knowledge or background is preferred for this farmer focused role
• Retail experience is preferred
