Dairy Joint Venture Opportunity

We have been asked to find a farmer/entrepreneur who wants to run a 400 acre dairy farm with 270 cows (200 acre grazing platform).

The farm is very well equipped with a new 24:48 parlour and the milk is supplied to Arla on a Morrisons Contract.

Suitable Experienced applicants must be able to demonstrate:

1. Full dairy herd management capability
2. People management skills plus drive and motivation
3. Desire to grow their own capital in the business
4. They can maintain all the required records and compliances for a very good milk contract to a high standard

Available for the successful applicant:

1. Contract Fee and Profit Share
2. Ability to grow own capital in the business with machinery and cows (alongside their own assets if appropriate)
3. Full business responsibility
4. A long term agreement
