Abnormal Loads Rigid & Artic Drivers

Average yearly gross pay £35K, top earners up to £40K plus expenses.

Usual working pattern Monday to Friday 4 nights out per week with possible weekend work.

Collect and deliver abnormally wide and often fragile loads within the UK.

Carry out daily safety checks as per company guidelines.

Responsible for use of tachograph to record hours of driving, breaks, rest periods etc.

Complete any necessary company documentation, accurately and legibly.

Drive in a safe and fuel efficient way.

Liaise with customers and site owners ensuring ‘best in class’ customer service.

Responsible for training and development of Driver’s Mate.
