Person Requirements

  • Experience in telesales
  • Experience in the agricultural or chemical market
  • Good at capturing data
  • Good at collecting and reviewing information
  • Excellent and meticulous presenting skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrates tenacity, charm, and persuasiveness with customers
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Demonstrates persistence when targeting the relevant decision makers
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Professional and presentable essential
  • Self-confidence vital
  • English speaker, Spanish is an advantage
  • Driver's license required
  • Passport required
