PA to Managing Director

Cape Building Services are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and reliable PA to work alongside the Managing Director of a well established Nationwide building services company, based at their Penrith, Cumbria office.

Previous experience in a PA role is not essential as full training can be given to the right person. Knowledge of the agricultural sector would be an advantage.

Duties to include

• Organising and attending meetings
• Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing to all participants
• Handling and responding to all correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters
• Making travel and hotel arrangements
• Liaising with other members of staff and external parties such as clients

You will need

• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent organisation and people management skills
• Ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently
• Strong communication skills
• Working knowledge of standard word processing, spreadsheet and other productivity software tools
• Discretion and tact
