Data Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

The Data Analyst is an exciting new role within the Data Team. The main focus of the role is the management of the CRM system and working with internal and external customers to provide data solutions for the business. The development of our data systems has been identified as a key business development area with the aim of establishing a ‘Single Customer View’, in which you will play a key role.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data extraction from ‘source systems’, collating and uploading, whilst ensuring integrity of data.
  • Data standardisation within the CRM to improve data quality for better reporting.
  • Data cleansing through regular merge programs and other ad hoc data ‘health check’ routines.
  • Data monitoring - Produce weekly/monthly management reports and also gap analysis for data enrichment
  • campaigns.
  • Manage customer change requests for all brands, including suppression/RTBF requests.
  • Manage the data flow between Agribriefing and Map of Agriculture for change requests and free trial processing.
  • Manage the free trial data process from Subscription Marketing, including allocation of diary items.
  • Running segmentation selections based on audience requirements of the Marketing Team and the wider Business.
  • Monitoring data inputs into the CRM from automated sources to ensure programs are running effectively.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve engagement and data retention.
  • Identify data opportunities through analysis of contact activity and transactional behaviour.
  • Seek ways to improve/automate data processes to improve efficiencies.
  • Play a key part in the ‘Single Customer View’ project.

● Competency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel (i.e., spreadsheets, manipulation of data, formulas, importing and exporting of files).

Highly desirable:
● Experience of working with integrated database systems.
