Your Challenge:

We are looking to appoint further Promoters for our Forage and Seed Portfolio of products covering the north west and the east of England territories.

Specialist promoters are sought to generate and support sales of the Corteva range of Forage and Seed products. Corteva promoters work within assigned territories and based on their promoter activities, can earn attractive commission-based rewards. The Forage and Seed product range includes, but is not limited to, Pioneer Brand maize seed, winter rape seed and microbial silage inoculants.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Actively promote specified products to growers and users in the defined territory
  • Conduct product demonstrations, on-farm testing and provide detailed advice on product use
  • Support sales activities and drive the sales growth of all Corteva Dealers in the same territory
  • Conduct technical in-field product briefings for Dealer sales representatives
  • Initiate and expand on-farm sales activities
  • Obtain commitment from end-users to purchase Corteva products
  • Support Corteva Forage Portfolio Specialists operating in the same territory

Key Stakeholders Interactions:

  • customers, end-users, influencers, and advisors
  • sales staff, sales service teams, field science/agronomy personnel

Location:

  • location central within territory

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need

  • Ideally 3 years of agricultural sales experience in similar or related products
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and achievement targets, experience in a commissioned remunerated sales role an advantage
  • BASIS and/ or FACTS qualifications would be an advantage
  • Proven presentational and communication skills
  • To be organized and self-motivated
