A rare opportunity has arisen for a Branch Manager to join our team in Newton St Petrock, Torrington. This is one of our busiest sites with Lorries, Tractors and general public coming through, this is not your standard air con managers office. You will be expected to lead from the front but to also jump in puddles to support with your steel cap boots and high vis on.

Knowledge of the Agricultural Industry in particular is essential, along with experience in trade to trade sales. A positive attitude, keen eye for detail, resourceful nature and willingness to learn coupled with a desire to forge a long-term career within a large and well-respected employer is a must!


  • Delivering the highest standards of customer service
  • Lead, motivate and inspire the team in providing sales support and excellent customer service
  • Maximising the store’s sale performance and gross profit targets of the store
  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of the store Business Plan.
  • Daily organisation of the team and store operations.
  • Deliver store communication protocols.
  • Manage store security.
  • Action store audits within required timescales.
  • Liaise with head office personnel and any external authorities.
  • Attend meetings and training as required.
  • Involvement in projects as required.
  • Work closely with regional Field Sales Team Representative to maintain & grow sales.
