Job title: Director of Services
Salary: £65k-£70k
Reports to: Chief Executive
Location: Shaw House,
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

About RABI
For over 160 years, RABI has worked at the heart of the farming community, providing guidance, financial support, and practical care to farming people of all ages across England and Wales. Farming people face an enormous range of challenges, including unprecedented generational changes to farming policy. RABI has a crucial role to play now and into this uncertain future to support the well-being of this vital community.

About the role
As Director of Services, you will have overall responsibility for RABI’s support services and geographically dispersed service delivery teams.  You will lead on the strategic development and guide the operational implementation of our services, creating a step change in the reach and range of service delivery and impact for our clients. You will work with the chief executive, director of finance and wider senior team to deliver transformational change. You will be responsible for growing our services to scale whilst ensuring quality and sustainability.

About you
This is a unique and exciting opportunity. We’re looking for someone truly ambitious and innovative, a strategic leader with a human-centred, collaborative approach and an emotional intelligence which will help you navigate change and build relationships with tenacity, sensitivity, and compassion.  As the charity works through a period of revolutionary change, there will be challenges ahead, however as our director of service you will have an unparalleled opportunity to build transformative support services that can make a significant positive impact both on rural communities and individuals’ wellbeing.

If you are excited by the opportunity of taking ownership of the service delivery strategy and building something exceptional with people at the heart of it, then we can’t wait to hear from you.
