A large, long-standing family ran business are looking to invest in two up-and-coming agronomists to join their exciting team. One person will cover the North Somerset territory and one will be based on the Devon/Cornwall border. This is a rare chance on the current market for someone with a strong practical arable background and/or sales experience to make the transition into a career in agronomy.

This business has a large and established team in the area, which is growing due to rapid expansion within the business- there has never been such a good time to join as they are reaching new heights of success in a changeable market.

What I need to be considered?

  • Extensive arable experience at farm management level OR experience in agricultural sales with a strong arable understanding.
  • FACTS and BASIS are desirable but not essential.
  • Confident, personable with excellent affinity to build relationships with the farming community.
  • You will be driven, self-motivated and willing to invest in your career as much as this business are.
  • Results driven- you can receive an excellent commission structure if you put in the work and provide the results.

Opportunities like this are few and far between in the current market, you will receive excellent training and career development prospects. Salary is dependent on prior experience with a company vehicle (private and business fuel covered!) and an excellent commission structure (to include discretionary bonus' in your first year).
