The Institute for Agriculture & Horticulture is seeking its first full time Chief Executive to continue to drive forward the establishment and ongoing development of this exciting, new and critically important go-to organisation. About the Role

The CEO of TIAH must be passionate about TIAH’s mission of informing, inspiring and co-ordinating the agricultural and horticultural industry’s approach to skills, professionalism and careers. They will be a strong but empathetic leader who is diligent, proactive, hardworking, determined and a first class communicator who relishes the opportunity to take responsibility for the success of the organisation and to work with a variety of stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a positive and motivating style with the ability to work constructively with the chair, board members, colleagues, users, external stakeholders and the public. They will have first class relationship building skills, capable of nurturing colleagues and developing the small team. They will be innovative and take an intelligent and commercial approach as TIAH enters these next challenging years.
