FARM MANAGER - RHUG ESTATE ORGANIC FARM

Other activities on the Estate include carbon capture, green energy (wind - hydro - geothermal, solar and heat pumps), a retail sector including a farm shop and butchery, wholesale enterprise selling meat produced on the farm, skincare, and mining crypto currency. One high spot was that the farm enterprise was appointed a Royal Warrant in 2018.

We are looking for a dynamic, progressive person to manage the farming enterprise across the whole estate who understands profitability and yet is hands on and flexible. This is a high-profile position where brand building is important and a good awareness of environmental schemes is essential. You will be required to work closely with the Farm Manager of the coastal farm near Caernarfon and the Production Manager of the wholesale business.
