This project requires efficient management of a large portfolio of new plantations, initially beginning with 200 hectares of fast growing hardwood. The role will evolve, and with it so will your opportunities. As the Assistant Manager in this project, you will be supporting the management team in this exciting development in Norfolk. This is the perfect opportunity to step into a position which you can essentially grow into and thrive.


  • Strong practical background, preferably in the arable/forestry sector.
  • Habitat management understanding.
  • Machinery operating experience; telehandler and sprayer experience is highly beneficial.
  • ATV and chainsaw experience is also beneficial however not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills; you will be liaising with contractors, agronomists and seasonal staff.
  • Be a true team player.
  • Efficient work ethic, proactive mindset is a must.
  • Highly disciplined.
  • Previous forestry management skills would be an advantage.
  • PA certificates would be highly beneficial.
