We have a rewarding role for an inspirational role model to join our Apprenticeship & Skills Team as a Work-based Tutor in Agriculture – Maternity Cover.

In a fantastic college where we already have a successful apprenticeship program, can you provide inspirational teaching and learning to learners, supporting them on their journey to excellence?

The successful applicant will support apprentices in gaining unique opportunities whilst working in a technically advanced and innovative environment. The provision services businesses within the industry that range from small family farms through to large integrated organisations working across the food supply chain.

The successful applicant will be responsible in delivering across topics both in the classroom and out in the workplace that include health and safety, biosecurity, engaging with third parties, maintaining crop, animal handling and health, maintenance and cleanliness of machinery.

If so, we would like to hear from you.

We would love to hear from candidates who are enthusiastic and self-motivated with the ability to motivate students.

This role is work-based.

Why join us?
