We have a new exciting opportunity for an Field trials officer looking to take the next step up the progression ladder. We are offering a rare opportunity to become a Field trials Manager for a renowned research company. This role has come about due to the current trials manager progressing within the company.

On an average day you can expect to be managing the general trials sites, being in charge of the trials staff, creating and designing experiments-liaising with the scientists and working closely with the farm management.

What is required from you:

  • A minimum of 2 years' field trials experience
  • Strong management skills
  • Confident, passionate, energetic personality with fresh ideas
  • Data management experience
  • Experience in setting up trials
  • Practical Machinery experience
  • Education in agriculture or similar
  • FACTS/BASIS-desirable
