Regional Manager - Ruminant Sector: Dorset/Somerset/Wilts

Our client is an established, national, farming co-operative embracing a new era within the business. As Regional Manager, you will lead a team of ruminant nutritionists, technical salespeople and agricultural sales specialists. You will orchestrate their professional development and support your team in delivering against KPIs and targets. You will also have previous experience of business planning, be financially astute and contribute to forging the brand of this prominent company.

What you will have:

• A proven track record of leading sales teams in the agricultural sector
• Previous experience of business planning
• Clear passion for excellent customer service
• Degree in nutrition or a related field is desired, but not essential
• Technical competency in the agri-nutrition field
• Ability to analyse and report on financial and technical information
