My client is looking for experience and knowledge of machinery and parts through hands on farm/workshop experience, with an understanding for the trials and tribulations of life on the farm. In this role you will use your knowledge of Ag-machinery to provide industry leading support to farmers. You will be joining a small team of parts specialists, working with the parts manager to ensure customers' requirements are met in a timely manner, ensuring farm operations run smoothly and customers are satisfied.

What your "day to day" will look like:

  • Stock control, picking and dispatching orders
  • Liaising with customers and service technicians/engineers to process orders
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to customers
  • Understanding the customer's requirements and delivering
  • Co-ordinating with suppliers ensuring stock is available to keep farms up and running
  • Maintaining high workplace standards

What you will need:

  • A strong knowledge of Ag-machinery (through work on farm or experience in a similar role)
  • Commitment to develop your skills with a dealership that will support your progression
  • Good knowledge of UK Agriculture
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the team and customers
