This is your chance to get involved with conservational farming as part of a progressive, innovative conservation/regenerative farming project in Sussex. My client is looking for a graduate with a passion for wildlife conservation to take on an exciting developmental opportunity as Stock Person within the small and passionate estate team.

As stock person you will be hands on with the estates beef suckler herd, using pro-active organic conservation farming methods to ensure the highest standards of animal welfare. In this role you will be exposed to the next generation of farming technologies, utilsing them for the future sustainability of the wildlife park in the perfect combination of new technology supporting traditional farming methods. As part of this diverse estate team, no-one day will be the same with opportunities to support your team on some very unique projects.

To be successful all you will need is experience of working with livestock (perhaps working on a family run farm or as part of your degree course), an active interest in wildlife conservation and passion for future sustainability, and a willingness to throw yourself into this exciting opportunity!
