This internationally renowned manufacturer is embarking on an exhilarating new era in the business, as European Product Development Manager you will be at the forefront of the future development of this business ensuring they are leading the way with the best products on the market.

If you are someone with exceptional technical expertise and a background in R&D I would like to hear from you!

You will be responsible for:

  • Working as part of the European Development Management team.
  • Increasing the performance of the department.
  • Collaboration with the R&D, European Registration and European Product Strategy Departments.
  • Provide technical support to the UK and European crop teams.
  • Technically evaluate new ideas issued from crop teams and Global Product Strategy
  • Project budget management UK and Europe.
  • Management of trials and any data, to present to the technical teams and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with R&D for the management of projects.
  • Supports the Registration team with advice and other support in your area of expertise.
  • Producing the technical file on new products.
  • Involved in the 5-year plan preparation in collaboration with the marketing department.
  • You will be the interface between Marketing, Registration and Development Departments.

And you must:

  • Have strong leadership skills.
  • Effective communication ability across a diverse range of audience styles
  • Excellent knowledge of agronomy.
  • Significant product development and trials design/management experience.
  • A real self-starter, you will work remotely.
  • Be a team player, this is a close-knit team who work together to get the job done, everyone gets stuck in!
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and to tight, business critical deadlines.
  • A full driving license and a willingness to travel internationally.
