General Farm Worker

J R Naylor & Sons are currently looking for an enthusiastic person with a passion for farming and a keen eye for detail to join our Family run business.

We currently farm 2400ac in Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire and operate a fleet of modern machinery which all has RTK guidance, Within a modern and well-equipped farmyard.

Key Responsibilities to include:

• Relief spraying – John Deere R4050I 36M self-propelled sprayer
• Drilling of combinable crops – Horsch 12m Avatar and Weaving
• Maintenance of equipment
• Trailer Work
• General Farm Duties

It would be preferable for applicants to have PA1 & PA2 certificates as well as good knowledge and farming experience. Training will be provided for the right applicant with a can-do attitude.
