We require a keen, enthusiastic, and hard-working person to join our team and work alongside our experienced herds people on a 300-cow dairy near Lutterworth in Leicestershire. The farm has great infrastructure and facilities and would be a great place for someone keen to learn or enhance their knowledge about grass-based dairy farming.
The role would involve milking, proactive cow health and welfare, general stock tasks and some tractor work, alongside the other herd’s people. You will have some background experience with livestock / machinery, but ‘on-the-job’ training will be given. This is a great opportunity for someone with drive and ambition to get into the dairy industry and be rewarded for their hard work. A full, clean driving licence is required for this role. In return we offer a competitive salary with bonus schemes and regular time off. There is mobile home accommodation available on farm.
