Due to retirement, Aytonian Holsteins run by the Petch family seek an enthusiastic, motivated individual with a true passion for pedigree Holsteins that has a real eye for detail to spearhead the next chapter in this 200 cow and 250 followers award winning, high yielding dairy herd.

Located near the picturesque market town of Stokesley, North Yorkshire in an area of fantastic amenities and schools. The all year round calving herd has high welfare, health and genetics with great cows and relies on home grown forages, TMR and grazing and has been family run for generations.

The role requires:

• Leadership ‐ Working as part of the overall farm team, while overseeing staffing within the dairy enterprise
• Experience ‐ With milking, feeding and general husbandry as routine within the role ‐ AI, foot trimming and routine health protocols including vaccinations
• Knowledge ‐ Of all things dairy and including computer literacy as part of accurate record keeping
