As Area Sales Manager, motivating and supporting a highly equipped team of field members will be high on your agenda - therefore having experience in mentoring, leading, or managing teams is equally desirable.

This business prides itself on supporting cattle farmers in achieving optimum results within their herd through additional services and performance related products on offer. Clients will range from commercial to pedigree set ups, therefore knowledge of such systems would be highly advantageous.

To be considered:

  • Come from a livestock orientated background, preferably dairy however not imperative.
  • Be experienced in Agricultural sales.
  • Accustomed to managing, leading, or mentoring a team.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel as required by the role.
  • Enjoy networking at Agricultural shows and events.
  • Maintain knowledge of sector changes and how they may influence business.
