Export Site Manager-Southampton

I am looking for a dynamic person that has great communication and problem solving skills and can thrive under the pressure of managing a busy export site.

This position will see you running the daily logistics of the site, making sure you and your team are always complying with health and safety restrictions and other procedures. You will be expected to keep the team on tract and focused to hit targets/KPI's, whilst building strong relationships with them and other key personnel.

It is essential that you communicate with the shipping and forwarding departments of this company to ensure the quick turnaround of vessels and overall efficiency of the site.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience managing a busy site, P&L's and a large team
• High attention to detail
• Have a problem solving outlook
• Excellent communicational skills-being able to talk on a level with all ranks of staff.
• Ability to create effective working relationships with internal and external parties.
