We have a new vacancy for an experienced tractor driver to take on the feeding of a 400-cow herd and youngstock, which are on a separate unit both near Shipston on Stour in Warwickshire. The pedigree herd are currently producing in excess of 12,500 litres.
This highly important role requires attention to detail to ensure a constant ration is fed daily along with clamp management and ideally basic machinery maintenance. All equipment is replaced on a regular basis. We are seeking someone with an excellent work ethic and positive attitude to fit in with the small team. Previous experience in a similar role is essential and a telehandler certificate desirable. There would also be hours available for a partner within the dairy team.
