Our client is looking for an experienced person to work with the Supply Chain Business Growth Manager to develop this expanding area of the business throughout the UK. Training on all the company departments will be provided along with all CPD required

Role

To grow the companies milk powder sales throughout the UK with the goal of developing your own team of specialist to drive milk powder sales and gain market share.

Aim to hit desired budgets to ensure continued growth

Through new business techniques and styles generate more new farms to sell milk powder.

Set up new customers, work with finance to set credit limits, follow up to ensure delivery has been made efficiently to ensure ongoing customer orders.

To continue to offer high levels of service to existing customers and seek further opportunities for the business with those farms.

To act as a point of contact for other team members requesting support on powder / farms needing additional assistance.

Develop a strategy for growth and implements it.

Utilise the companies current suppliers, lapsed suppliers and prospect suppliers already available through our CRM.

Work to devise plans for marketing campaigns to assist with milk powder lead generation.

Assist at open days and shows with the team.

Work to bring new meaningful / commercially viable products to enhance our existing range.

Ensure all opportunities / leads, tasks and conversations are documented appropriately though NetSuite.

To seek to offer commercially viable contracts to farms to ensure continued sales & growth.

Seek to sell our powder through other means, retail or buying groups.

Produce reports on performance / sales each week.
