NEW POSITION: EXPANDING HERD AND GREEN FIELD SITE

The groundwork has started on a family farm in Norfolk which will operate from September 2023 with 300 cows on an autumn block calving system. The new facilities will comprise of a 26:52 parlour with ACR’s and milk meters running with Cow Manager and auto segregation. The herd will be cubicle housed and self-fed, with a strong emphasis on maximising rotational grazing.

• We are looking for a committed dairy enthusiast, able to contribute to the continued success of this herd as it expands, also looking to take responsibility and apply their livestock skills with the support of the farm.
• We are able to offer a very attractive package in terms of remuneration and time off.  There is good accommodation with a 3-bedroom, centrally heated semi-detached house that is close to the unit.
