Free-Range Poultry Manager

Due to internal succession planning we are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Poultry Manager for the Company’s 30,000 free-range organic poultry enterprise on the Benham Estate, Newbury.

The person appointed for this role will need to be a team player, have previous experience in free-range flock management, will genuinely care and understand flock husbandry, and have the ability to maintain our exceptional high standards of animal welfare.

The role will include: 

• Full responsibility for all aspects of poultry production 
• Management responsibility of the poultry team 
• Be the Company’s liaison with customers and suppliers
