Our client manufactures and distributes ruminant, monogastric, equine and pet nutrition supplements to over 25 countries globally. Their reputation is second to none.

We're seeking a Sales Manager (UK & Ireland) to join a business proud of it's heritage, while embracing innovation underpinned by a commitment to environmental sustainability.

The successful individual will be able to demonstrate proven success already achieved in a people management role. You might be from a livestock nutrition background, but not necessarily. Also of interest would be experienced Sales Managers from animal health or other related sectors.

You possess:

• Substantial sales management experience and success in a related industry
• Experience of leadership and people management with the ability to establish influence
• Experience of B2B sales is preferred
• Ability to identify underperformance and devise/implement strategies to address
• Sound commercial acumen
