Working amongst a diverse team, you have the ability to take ownership and responsibility of areas you are particularly passionate about; whilst being fully supported and encouraged by further managerial areas.

About you:

• Dedicated and passionate about the dairy sector.
• Be experienced in automated systems, however not essential.
• Have a practical presence on farm and wishing to continue it.
• Ability to manage and guide further team members in a managerial capacity.
• AI qualified advantageous.
• Competent operating basic machinery.
• Demonstrate respect to others and additionally livestock.
• Clearly communicate amongst others.
• IT Literate with ability to maintain accurate records.
