This is your chance to work with a company that supports your creativity and want for more autonomy. Perhaps you're in a role where you would like to spread your wings a little, but the corporate structure doesn't allow you or maybe you're new to marketing and are looking for an inclusive team to support you as you grow. Either way, I have a truly exceptional opportunity to share with you.

This particular Animal Health business is a progressive, inclusive and friendly company to work for; they are family owned and are looking for someone with creative flair and exciting ideas to join them in their livestock health department. Having been in business for over 100 years, this business knows how to look after their people and support them in achieving their goals and celebrating their successes.

Based in Lancashire and with flexible working hours and days, this business is committed to ensuring that you get your work:life balance just right. With opportunities to work just 4 or 4.5 day weeks (with no impact on salary) you can fit your passion at work around your life at home. Hybrid working options are also available if this works better for you.

In this role you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including show prep and exhibitions, ad creation and writing as well as case studies and content creation; this is an excellent role for anyone looking to step up their marketing career and have more autonomy or is also suitable for someone starting out in marketing and looking for more responsibility and the opportunity to grow and learn.

What you'll need to be considered:

  • Marketing experience ideally with a qualification or good level of experience
  • A driven personality who can work on their own as well as with a social team
  • Good organisation skills with the ability to prioritise work load
  • Flexible, outgoing attitude towards your work
  • Full UK Driving Licence

A competitive salary, based on prior experience is on offer to the right candidate with ongoing training if required.
