JSR Genetics Ltd, part of the JSR Farming Group and in partnership with Topigs Norsvin, are now the leading pig genetics Company in the UK, marketing breeding stock and semen around the UK and Europe. We are looking to employ a full-time pig stockperson within one of our boar studs.

We are looking for an experienced, practical and reliable team member who shows a positive can-do attitude and has a keen interest in the welfare of animals. Full training will be given to the successful candidate.

The role will include:

• Hygienic collection of boar semen
• Health & welfare of the boars at all times
• Maintaining accurate and legible records
• Providing a quality product to customers at all times
• Maintaining the health of the stud by following bio-security procedures at all times
• Working to the industry standards set out by BPEX
