Agricultural Regional Sales Manager - Scotland

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers across a substantial territory. The ideal candidate will posses highly developed skills in sales, communication and negotiation.   • Develop excellent working relationships with central buyers and manage key accounts with both new and existing customers.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and increase brand awareness.
  • Respond to customer enquiries, both face to face and remotely.
  • Report progress to management as well as market findings and customer insights.
  • Attend conferences and exhibitions as required.

What do I need to be considered?

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is desirable.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in field sales.
  • Solid working knowledge of UK agriculture and equine is highly desirable.
  • Ideally based in Central Scotland.
  • Highly organised and detailed.
  • Advanced negotiation and selling skills with a proven Sales record.
  • UK driving license is essential.
