You will need:

• Farm Trading experience OR a strong arable background and excellent commercial acumen.
• Resilience, tenacity and the drive to chase success.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong working relationships with both customers and colleagues.
• To be results driven.
• FACTS qualification would be highly advantageous.
