Agri-Business Management Consultant - West Midlands with National Travel

Modern dairy farming practices have changed significantly in recent years; producers have embraced technology to aid in labour, data collection and efficiency across the industry. As a result of this the UK can now boast a substantial network of distribution channels across the country, providing the most innovative farming technology to Dairy Producers.

Your role within this business will be to support and advise a dealer network across the UK and Ireland, focusing on all commercial areas. You will be proactive in your approach - planning, assessing and adjusting strategies for each territory to maximise success. This role will suit an experienced Manager with a mindset for business development.

This is a highly versatile role as part of one of the global leading distributors of dairy machinery. Your time will be split between distributor centres, home and the head office in the Midlands.

Key responsibilities:

• Coaching centre management and centre employees to maximise success.
• Offer support and advice to centres to assist in continual growth.
• Set development objectives based on assessments.
• Set annual budgets and targets.
• Maintain excellent communication channels between dealers, both internally and externally.

What do I need to be considered?

• Experience in Business Development, Territory Management or similar.
• Experience in working with a dealer network.
• Familiar with Agriculture, particularly the dairy industry.
