Sales Team Consultant - Dairy Sector - National Travel

Representing a global leading brand in the Dairy sector, you will be using your commercial acumen to truly get the best out of teams all over the country. This is an ideal next step for a seasoned Sales professional who wishes to use their knowledge to support and motivate their colleagues, all while maintaining autonomy within their role.

Key responsibilities:

• Measure performance of Sales Teams and consult accordingly.
• Training and coaching of Sales Advisors through a variety of means.
• Coordinate training, open days, exhibitions and other events.
• Assist in the development of budget planning and assessment.
• Maintain and develop outstanding professional relationships with key stakeholders.

What do I need to be considered?

• Proven Sales experience.
• Previous experience supporting a dealer or franchise network would be highly advantageous.
• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the dairy industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to motivate and inspire a team.
• Highly motivated and target driven.
• Commercially astute.
