Dairy Farm Herd Management Position
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team based in Cheshire managing over 1400 cows in block calving systems across 4 sites. We are looking for someone to work alongside the owner and existing staff to manage the cows and assist with business development.

The role will include.

• Routine milking.
• Foot trimming.
• Herd health management.
• Record keeping.
• Grassland management.
• People management and skills development

We are looking for somebody who is wanting to progress their career into a management position as they gain experience, taking on additional responsibilities as they grow into the role. The business will provide on-going training and mentoring.

A salary to reflect experience which will be reviewed with progression.

3 bed house on site.

Routine time off.

Potential profit share scheme in time.
