Farm Relations Manager – Peterborough

Reporting in the Head of Commercial in this agri-food giant, you will be responsible for supporting a team of people who are the wellies on the ground for growers and partners – building and further strengthening relationships to ensure the best level of satisfaction and ultimately, success on farm.

This business is leading the way in sustainable agri-food growing, processing and marketing – your role is to ensure that your team is supported from all angles whilst also developing a close relationships with growers and stakeholders through clear and positive communication.

You will thrive in an office environment, have led a team and enjoy communicating with different people on a daily basis. This business is modernising, so you will not be phased by change but welcome it, implement and instill it with confidence to your team and growers.

Your Key Responsibilities include:

• Support and mentor your on farm team to further understand their customers

• Nurture and grow relationships with your growers using a range of communication channels

• Provide detailed admin support to your team to ensure they are able to deliver on farm with the highest levels of customer satisfaction

• Effectively communicate with stakeholder to ensure your teams have access to support and relevant industry information in order to build excellent on farm relationships.


• Team leading experience is essential

• Experience in customer service as well as support and troubleshooting

• Proven sales and administration experience required ideally within the agricultural industry

• Experience with CRM and ERP processes

• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to remain professional at all times.
