If you can demonstrate excellent field sales and relationship management experience and are looking for the step up to National Sales Manager, this could be the role to take you there.

I would like to speak to people who can demonstrate a strong track record in animal feed sales/business development, you will work closely with the MD to grow and develop the sales of the UK and wider markets. You will be well rewarded if you are the right person for this business and role, there is a strong salary package on offer to reflect prior experience.

You will:

  • Manage and grow existing sales and develop new sales opportunities in the UK and global markets.
  • Maintain and grow target margins/profitability.
  • Work with the MD to produce, and work to a strategic business plan.
  • Manage the sales and marketing budget.
  • Undertake a high level of national farm and customer visits to achieve business growth requirements.
  • Negotiate and purchase supplies of raw materials from producers across UK and Europe as well as managing the relevant logistics. .
  • Manage all day-to-day marketing, PR and promotional activity for the agricultural sector with the company's marketing team.
