In this role you will focus on monogastric species. You will be responsible for formulating feeds, providing nutritional advice to both colleagues and customers and reporting on formulations. This job will suit someone who is proactive and enjoys problem solving.

To be successful, you must have a strong understanding of animal nutrition and a relevant degree. Prior formulation experience will provide a significant advantage but is not essential.

Your role:

• Create new formulations
• Develop and review existing formulations
• Check product quality is up to standard once manufactured
• Advise colleagues and customers
• Explore opportunities for cost saving
• Ensure formulation software is updated in line with available raw materials
• Provide formulation progress reports
• Troubleshooting problems with minimal supervision

What you will have:

• Excellent knowledge of animal nutrition
• Strong understanding of monogastric species
• Bachelors degree relevant to Nutrition/Animal Science
• IT literate - Competent using Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
• Prior formulation expereince (Preferable)
