Monogastric Technical Manager- Midlands (Hybrid)

This is your chance to join a market leading animal nutrition within their team of nutrition specialists, as the expert focusing on their Monogastric range of products.

By joining this business, you will be involved with a highly technical product range which has commanded respect and trust throughout the animal nutrition by providing exceptional quality products backed up my extensive research.

This role is a little bit different, a diverse role- rather than focusing solely on formulations you will be managing all aspects of technical support related to monogastric products from formulations to managing trials and providing technical product training to the sales team.

You will:

• Work with the technical service team to ensure each and every product is meeting the exacting standard of efficiency, safety and regulatory requirements.

• Critique product research, designing research trials and keeping exceptional records which you will utilise when presenting research and training the sales team.

• Providing technical support and advice to the marketing team.

• Formulations of products both for manufacture and customer needs.

Skills and experience required:

• A relevant degree at BSc or above in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition or Science.

• Prior experience working in a technical role within animal nutrition and an excellent understanding of Poultry/Swine.

• An understanding of feed additives.
