You may be a seasoned Manager in the Vegetable/Fresh Produce sector or an Assistant Manager who is ready to cultivate their career. You may even be highly experienced in the arable sector but keen to broaden your horizons. If any of these ring true, this opportunity is worth your consideration.

This role is all about utilising your practical background. Working closely with the Farm Operations Manager and Managing Director you will be making a commitment to exceptional quality crop production, profitability and sustainable business growth. You will need:

• Proven experience in vegetable, salad or arable farming.

• Leadership experience, either as an Assistant or experienced Farm Manager.

• Forward thinking attitude- this business are always looking for the next step.

• A confident decision maker with an adaptable approach.

• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
