Students in their final year of studies are eligible to participate in this program part-time as Sales Interns. Ultimately grooming you to become a successful member of our top-tier sales team!
One of our objectives of the Sales Graduate Program is to provide you with the following opportunities:
In order to successfully work within our organisation and represent Ritchie Bros. to our customers; it is important to first observe, experience and ultimately adopt and live what we define as our corporate culture. Internally we often refer to it as “living orange”.

Drive outbound call campaigns to actively develop qualified leads and generate new business opportunities. Learn how to become a Trusted Adviser and an expert at putting your time and energy where it will have the most impact.
Here’s what you bring:
Post-secondary education and Master’s studies are a strong asset, ideally you have graduated in a major of Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Business Admin, Construction, or Agriculture.
