A Parts Advisor is required to work in our Busy Parts Area’s in North Yorkshire to work with an existing parts team. You will require good general communication, numeration & IT skills, with knowledge of Agricultural & plant parts procurement including parts sales. The role will involve working in all aspects of a parts department. Including managing goods inward, stock controls and parts ordering.
As part of the Parts Sales team you will be working alongside customer service departments and will be required to fully operate & understand parts related computerised systems including, web based, main frame (IBCOS GOLD) & hard copy methods.
This position would suit an organised, tidy & methodical applicant, who is customer focused & driven with the energy to take on this challenging role.
42.5 Hour Standard working week plus overtime in busy or seasonal times of the year. Monday to Friday 7.00am to 5.00pm. Saturday’s 8.00am to 12.00 noon as required. 4 Weeks paid Holiday plus 8 days statutory paid days. Not to be taken in busy seasonal periods. Training will be provided including manufacturers training if applicable.
Rumination dependent on ability & experience. Full UK Driving Licence essential.
